Yes — alhamdulillah, unambiguously. You're acting as an agent between two willing parties: a business that wants to hire, and a candidate who wants a job. Your fee is a legitimate service charge. There's no interest, no gharar (excessive uncertainty), no gambling element. This is one of the cleanest B2B businesses a Muslim can run.

Does any part of this involve interest or riba?

No. You never borrow, you never charge interest, you don't use buy-now-pay-later tools with hidden interest, and you never take interest on the money you hold. The program also teaches you how to avoid haram payment-processor quirks.

Do I need capital to start?

Functionally zero. You need a laptop, a phone, LinkedIn, and about 1–2 hours a day. We specifically teach a no-loan, no-interest launch path. If anyone tells you you need to borrow to start, they're wrong.

Can women run a recruitment agency with this model?

How much time do I need per day?

Do I need any prior experience?
